In addition to his activities with Keller Williams, Scott has learned a great deal about real estate during his service in the community. During his tenure at the historic zoning commission, where he and the rest of the commission reviewed designs for four historic districts and one commercial district, he was nominated first as the Vice Chair and then later as the Commission’s Chair. Scott also donated his time to his local neighborhood’s community association, starting as the Parks/Infrastructure Subcommittee Chair, then as Treasurer, Vice President and finally President…this in a neighborhood of some 500 homes, many of which are on the National Historic Register. Scott has also renovated four homes and has developed a keen eye for the good, the bad and a home’s ultimate potential.
